Landlords

We want you to know that we are here and available for all your regular requirements. We will undertake viewings at any unoccupied properties. Most properties that we are managing already have videos that can be sent to prospective tenants.

Tenants

Please contact us as you  usually do or book a video conference using the form on the Tenants’ Page of our website. All essential maintenance and servicing of your property will continue. As we have done since the onset of the pandemic, we will check when we notify you of anyone attending the house that no one is isolating or showing Covid-19 symptoms.

Prospective Tenants

If you are searching for a property, please make use of our online video tours. We can also arrange viewings of unoccupied properties in person or via virtual viewings. If you have any questions, we would be more than happy to host a Zoom meeting. We can arrange a digital signature of paperwork for the tenancy to avoid the necessity of attending in person.
