A Big 'Thank You!' to Everyone Who Helped Us During the Busy Summer!

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to all the individuals and businesses who helped us navigate an incredibly busy summer. Your support and hard work were instrumental in our success.

Here are some highlights of our summer:

• Let and prepared: 11 rooms in shared houses.
• Let and prepared: 8 apartments.
• Let and prepared: 8 family/professional houses.
• Let and prepared: 30 student houses plus 9 rooms in student houses.
• Installed a kitchen in a student house.
• Completed extensive renovations on 5-bedroom student houses.
• Painted all walls in 2x 3-bedroom family houses, 2x 2-bedroom apartments, and a 1-bedroom apartment.
• Conducted thorough property checks before tenant move-ins.
• Took on the management of 3 new properties.
