Our provision of tenant services benefits the landlord greatly. In our experience, happy tenants will take much better care of a property than unhappy ones.
We are quite happy for green-fingered tenants to tend the garden and grow plants in pots, provided the garden is returned to its initial state when they leave the property. Basic garden maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant and we provide appropriate tools. For student lets and shared houses we supply the services of a gardener (and this service is included in the management fee).
