What are your fees?

We charge different percentages depending on the workload that will be needed to manage your property effectively. We are always upfront about our pricing policy:

  • Family Lets - 10%
  • Apartments (professionals) - 10%
  • Student Lets - 12%
  • Shared Houses - 15%

What do I get for paying a percentage of my rental income to Pearl Lettings?

Paying us a percentage of your rental income brings with it a host of benefits. On top of our tenant find and property management services, you will gain access to our:

What's your approach to finding tenants?

All prospective tenants are pre-assessed before we arrange a property viewing. We are popular with tenants (we have never charged tenant fees) so we can pair quality tenants with quality properties. Our provision of tenant services benefits the landlord greatly. In our experience, happy tenants will take much better care of a property than unhappy ones.

Whose responsibility is the garden?

We are quite happy for green-fingered tenants to tend the garden and grow plants in pots, provided the garden is returned to its initial state when they leave the property. Basic garden maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant and we provide appropriate tools. For student lets and shared houses we supply the services of a gardener.
