Now Recruiting: Experienced Property Manager
Pearl Lettings is looking for someone to take on a Lettings and Property Manager role for an established business. Ideally with letting experience, or someone who is quick to learn and eager to take on a new role and opportunity.
You will need to have experience with customer care and demonstrate you have experience in a previous role maintaining professional relationships with suppliers, members of the public or contractors.
Applicants must be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence.
The job role will be Monday – Saturday, 5 days spread over 6 days.
The role will require the candidate to:
- Attend property viewings throughout Norwich and surrounding areas.
- Establish building tenant and landlord relations
- Answer property queries via email and phone calls.
- Carry out property inspections.
- Organise, maintain, and liaise with contractors to carry out safety certificates and checks on properties.
- Deal with contractors and in-house maintenance teams daily.
- Photograph property interiors
- Market properties on various platforms.
- Attend properties and carry out inventory work.
- Undertake general admin work such as filing, photocopying etc.
