Norwich houses by river

Congratulations to all the students who got their A Level results yesterday. It’s always an emotional day, and for those who didn’t quite get the results they needed for their first choice of University, there’s the added stress of trying to find a place to study through ‘Clearing’ and trying to sort out accommodation before their course starts in September.

Clearing is the process by which Universities fill vacant spaces on their courses by offering them to students who missed out on their first choice. Both the University of East Anglia and the Norwich University of the Arts use the clearing system to attract new students.

We don’t want A Level graduates who find a place at a Norwich University through clearing to panic about finding a house in a good location with like-minded tenants. We have some fabulous rooms available near the UEA and NUA, and one of the things our tenants praise us for is our ability to fit the right personality to the right household.

So, if you are looking for a room in Norwich in a house-share with friendly student housemates, please get in touch! You can call 01603 980770, email hello@pearllettings.co.uk, or ask any questions using the Facebook Messenger app on our website.
